Who we are

This website is operated by Cetocean Incorporated. This policy covers this website only. Our software product has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive your name, your email address and your message.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information about each visit (IP address, browser type, the page requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies. This website does not set cookies, and it uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use the details you send through the contact form only to reply to you. We use server logs only for security and to keep the site working. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

These service providers handle data for us to run this website:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosts the website and delivers its pages.
  • Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox by email. Web3Forms stores submissions for up to 3 years.
  • Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway, and Sanity US Inc.) — stores the text and images of this website. It does not receive your contact-form message.

Do Not Track

This website does not track visitors across other websites, so it treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the European Economic Area), you may have further rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
